Review and evaluate MEP design plans for compliance and optimization.
Provide technical support and guidance to MEP engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Fluent communication in English.
Work Experience Proven experience in MEP engineering design and coordination.
Proven experience in MEP engineering design and coordination for hospitality projects/resorts/villas.
Proven experience defining design parameters and standards for MEP design in hospitality projects/resorts/villas.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to MEP systems.
Proficiency in MEP design software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP).
Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient MEP design practices.
Nice to have:
MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Fluent communication in Spanish or Portuguese.
