We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Lead to join our team.
You will be responsible for leading projects with big brands , and working with a diverse team of professionals in an international setting .
Key responsibilities:
Lead in projects and provide guidance to team members.
Provide functional and technical expertise in M365 to clients.
Assist in the development and implementation of solutions for clients.
Ensure project quality.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Requirements Minimum of three years of working experience in a similar role.
You have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 stack, including SharePoint , Azure and Teams.
Experience with Purview is a plus.
You are a strong communicator .
You can adjust your language to the audience in front of you.
You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
You can translate the customer needs in the optimal technical solution.
You are customer-oriented, love to lead workshops and have an analytical mind.
You speak Dutch and English fluently.
You like to work in a team and share knowledge for the best result.
