In addition, you investigate open arrivals and take care of the administrative processing of orders.
You ensure timely and correct processing of unloading and loading data, including customs formalities, to ensure smooth and efficient operational processing.
You manage and monitor loading and unloading activities and direct night drivers to maintain optimal dock and quay schedules.
In doing so, you maintain a good communication flow with warehousemen and drivers.
You closely follow procedures and contribute to the goals of the department and company through your own commitment and initiative.
You support and represent the sustainable nature of the company, both internally and externally, ensuring accurate monitoring and support of KPIs and safety measures.
You will handle quality incidents according to established procedures and report to managers and customers.

You enjoyed a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role You are efficient and results-oriented in order to achieve objectives.
You act customer-oriented and show ownership in handling tasks.
You work well with colleagues and communicate clearly in both Dutch and English.
(Knowledge of French or German is a plus).
You can plan and organize smoothly, and learn new software easily.
You are familiar with the office suite such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
