The job.We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to combine the roles of IT LocalRunner Agent and Fieldengineer.
As representatives of our company, you play a vital role in maintaining client relationships and upholding your organization’s reputation.As a LocalRunner / FieldEngineer, you will join the IT team based in Brussels under the lead of the Service Desk and Field Services Manager. You represent our Team within our Customer’s premises and provide first line support to customer’s employees for questions/incidents which cannot be handled remotely.You assist with the On/Offboarding of end-users.You work closely together with the remote service desk to support the customer As a FieldEngineer, you perform hands-on preparation and installation activities of IT infrastructure at customer premises around Belgium.
This includes infrastructure such as routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, servers,..
.
These installations may require the use of ladders, drill machines or other technical equipment.
ProfileYou have a strong interest in IT and have the required technical knowledge to perform installations.You have knowledge of network concepts.You have knowledge of Azure.You have good knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune.You have excellent verbal communication skills.You are able to easily express yourself in Dutch/French and English.You have a flexible attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.You are problem solving and able to work independently.Ideally you have a VCA certification (or must obtain one when starting in this position).
