Draft routine letters and correspondence and prepares reports and statistical information ensuring distribution to the relevant internal stakeholders.Provides assistance with the management of hard copy and electronic files and records and maintain an adequate filing system.Supports flow of information to internal and external stakeholders.Provides assistance with maintaining office supply inventory and other additional supplies as needed.Prepares, completes and distributes the routine management reports.Prepares and creates presentations, spreadsheets and databases as required.Processes incoming and outgoing mail and facsimile, by sorting and distributing to the relevant individuals.Answers and screens telephone calls and respond to and resolve any queries or escalate complex queries to the relevant individual.Provides team leader duties and activities as required.Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
