The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior ReactDeveloper to lead our frontend development team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, JavaScript, and related technologies, as well as proven leadership mentoring & people skills.
Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Reactdevelopers Architect and oversee the development of scalable and maintainable React applications Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design patterns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product features Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the React ecosystem Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in React development Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, HTML & CSS Experience leading and managing a team of developers Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Knowledge of modern state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit & Redux Toolkit Query Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Playwright) Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Experience with CI & deployment pipelines.
