As a member of the Safety & Compliance team at SabenaEngineering, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safety and compliance across various operational departments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in safety and compliance management system activities, such as identifying hazards and assessing risks.Conducting compliance and safety audits and preparing associated reports, while also tracking the implementation of corrective actions.Serving as a point of contact for customers, internal teams, and authorities regarding daily operations, regulatory updates, and external audits.Handling external and internal occurrence reports, and participating in safety investigations to provide recommendations to operational departments.Supporting the Training and Airframe departments by objectively assessing the competencies of aircraft technicians.Creating training materials and delivering training sessions on compliance and safety procedures.Assisting in maintaining approved manuals, as well as developing and reviewing quality and safety procedures in collaboration with department representatives.Monitoring assigned Compliance and Safety KPIs, and participating in projects for continuous improvement and regulatory expansions.
Your Profile:
A Masters degree in civil or industrial engineering, or relevant experience in the field.Previous exposure to the MRO or Airline industry is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong administrative skills.Detail-oriented with a precise and analytical approach, while maintaining independence and objectivity.Process-oriented with a mindset focused on improvement.Dynamic, flexible, and adaptable attitude.Fluent in English, with proficiency in either French or Dutch, along with excellent communication skills.
