This includes responding to medical inquiries on all Client products, distributing latest publications to relevant medical team members, and continuously improving the efficiency and effectiveness of medicalinformation processes.
Responsibilities:
* Manage intake, dissemination, response, and archiving of medical inquiries on Client products or therapeutic areas from physicians, pharmacists, patients, and other external or internal stakeholders.
* Ensure the accuracy and scientific soundness of responses to medical questions.
* Utilize medicalinformation to add value internally, focusing on customer-centric responses and actively participating in brand teams.
* Act as the voice of healthcare professionals/customers at the Area/Global level.
* Ensure proper utilization of global systems, such as the Virtual MedicalInformation System (VMIS).
* Share insightful Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) with the medical teams.

* Education:
University degree in Life Sciences.
Medical or scientific background.
* Experience in clinical research is an asset * Ability to respond in a professional and scientifically accurate manner to medical inquiries in at least two of three languages (NL, FR & EN).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong team working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
