You will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience through your involvement in global learning & development initiatives, internal employee communication projects, as well as our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) efforts.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of global projects that contribute to the professional growth, engagement, and well-being of our employees.Your role and responsibilities:
Global Learning & Development:
Supporting the organization of virtual, in-person and blended training events and programs from A to Z and ensure user engagement in various learning platforms.
Assisting in the creation and development of training content for key Sustainability topics and learning journeys for key roles. Establishing and reporting of learning KPI’s & metrics.Internal Communications:
Contributing to the Communications team efforts on identifying and rolling-out new employee communication tools (app).Supporting the execution of internal communication strategies and campaigns including content creation and development of internal communication channels. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):
Supporting the implementation of DE&I initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture:
contribute to the development of DE&I training programs and workshops. Collecting and analyzing data related to DE&I metrics and goals. You will support the People Experience team on ad-hoc projects:
entry & exit surveys, Lhoist Employee Opinion Survey, company events, team buildings, administration.About you:
Master’s degree in HumanResources, Strategic Communication, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology and or a related field.Previous internship experience in a corporate environment is a big plus. Creative, enjoys generating new ideas.Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Catch on to IT tools quickly and use them to work efficiently.
Ability to adapt communication style in order to collaborate with stakeholders from various departments and functions to accomplish tasks and goals. Flexible, agile and support team in handling demands, respecting deadlines.Languages:
English is a must, French or Portuguese is a plus.
