While you contribute in developing solutions for patients, specialists, general practitioners and pharmacists, you will closely cooperate with multiple internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Sales, …) in order to have an aligned implementation of the marketing strategy.
This means that you:
- Define and develop innovative and creative strategic and campaign plans. - Participate in the creation, implementation, analysis and adaptation of omnichannel campaigns based on the brand strategy by setting up an optimal media mix (offline and online) in accordance with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the team to identify and use key marketing channels (medical call, digital tools, press, congresses, publications, …) to reach specialists, general practitioners, pharmacists and patients. - Provide, present and sell scientifically promotional support to the sales force. - Closely work with the sales team in concretizing the campaigns for all health care professionals - Contribute to medical and marketing competitive intelligence (market researches) to contribute to the elaboration of the strategy. - Control and monitor the direct promotional budget linked to the projects. - Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders at local and global level (eg.
Medical Affairs, Digital Officer, business Intelligence, Regulatory affairs, Sales, …) and external partners (agencies).
The ideal profile Specific Education And Experience Requirements:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or equivalent. - A sales or marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry are an asset. - Excellent command of French and/or Dutch is required - Advanced level of English is mandatory Knowledge Requirements:
- Creative and patient oriented mindset to develop well adapted patient solutions. - Strong interpersonal and communications skills to efficiently and productively communicate, both orally and in writing. - Planning and organizational skills, including ability to follow tasks/assignments through to completion. - Good team player with good analytical skills. - Entrepreneurial, eager to learn, positive energy and a results-oriented, can-do attitude, and a service mindset.
