- Have proven education in strategic communications or equivalent - Have the ability to understand the complexity of IKEA business and the role of communication as an integrated part of the business - Can communicate verbally, visually and in writing in an inspirational way with down to earth and simple IKEA tone of voice - Can work autonomously - Have a proactive attitude in problem solving and hands-on approach when necessary - Are up to date with communication trends and principles, to give advice in the choice of tools, methods and channels - Have a driving license (type B), mobility across Belgium will be required.
What you'll be doing day to day You will:
- Be responsible for different internal communication assignments - Contribute to the development and delivery of communication projects hand in hand with other departments - Enable effective internal communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors - Define, plan, create/execute and follow up on internal communications activities - Ensure a good interaction with the unit and adapt to the local culture Our team within Ikea Our team is the voice of IKEA.
We use words, pictures and videos to tell the story about IKEA, to build our brand and inspire people with our offer.
We bounce ideas back and forth, we challenge each other and we are crazy passionate about communication.
