Ability to understand the testing needs in both an Agile and Waterfall approach.What do we expectThe testmanager is responsible for the strategic test approach on initiative and epic levels, including a regression strategy.
Where needed the testmanager will create level test plans and setup a governance and reporting structure that fits into the existing master test plan.
In addition to that, the testmanager will organize and lead risk sessions and attend refinement sessions on initiative/epic levels.
The initiatives require solid, close and frequent alignment with initiative owners, po’s, peers, the QA chapter lead and test coordinators. The testmanager reports to the QA chapter lead and aligns chosen strategies and governance setup.Soft skills Critical thinker:
