As a CAFM expert, you are responsible for the digital provision of information about our properties and support important work processes in building management.
Your daily tool is the CAFM software essentialsFM, which you manage as an administrator.
Among other things, you will use this software to simplify the maintenance and energy management of our properties.
Your tasks will include:
Communication with facility managers:
You will be in close contact with our facility managers to understand their requirements.
Consulting and deriving use cases:
You derive use cases and business cases based on the requirements Monitoring technical requirements:
You monitor the implementation of technical requirements by external service providers.
Support and training:
You process support requests and conduct insightful system training sessions.
YOUR PROFILE:
Degree:
You have a degree in (business) informatics / IT or a comparable subject.
Alternatively, you have completed training or further training as an IT system administrator.
Professional experience:
You have initial experience in the development and customization of complex software systems, ideally with essentialsFM.
Practical experience in the field of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) or digital building automation is also an advantage.
Specialist knowledge:
You have database know-how, preferably in dealing with Oracle databases and are familiar with web technologies.
Personal:
Your team-oriented way of working enables effective collaboration.
You are characterized by a structured approach.
Friendliness and strong communication skills are among your strengths.
