Implement configuration changes as per their approval.
Contribute to 3rd level support of incident and service request management ensuring qualitative and timely resolution of incidents.
Able to work effectively within a global team setting.
Demonstrate proficiency in common database technologies such as Oracle and MSSQLExperience with DocXtools, DXC Toolbox, PleaseReview and StartingPoint would be advantageous but not mandatory.
This role offers you an opportunity to learn new technical skills while supporting a global user base.
You should also be open-minded towards taking on additional systems' support duties if required.
