What you can look forward to You will be responsible for the provision, maintenance and care of Microsoft 365 apps to ensure the smooth running of our business processes By providing outstanding second-level support for Microsoft 365 apps, especially Microsoft Planner, To Do and Forms, you contribute to an optimal user experience for users As a specialist, you will advise users and work with them to design the introduction of Microsoft 365 Apps, Bookings and Loop.
Your contribution enables optimal adaptation of the systems to the needs of our teams You will be involved in establishing a company-wide video solution Contribute to our change & adoption measures.
Your tasks include the preparation and implementation of online consultations and the creation of user guides for Microsoft 365 apps What you bring with you Completed university degree or vocational training in IT with professional experience in the specified field of activity Sound knowledge of user support for Microsoft Office 365 apps Knowledge in the management of mini-applications Strong communication, cooperation and teamwork skills Enthusiasm for driving forward new ideas and taking on new challenges in an agile working environment What we offer you Flexible working:
