Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.Implementation and installation of the ICT desktop computing hardware and software environment.Management of the hotline to provide support to our users while respecting the governance of our ticketing tool.Welcoming new colleagues (explaining the equipment available to them and respecting procedures Profile MUST HAVE Experience level:
ConfirmedFluent in English and FrenchA first hands-on work experience in managing computers, printers, hardware, networks, and software.Strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work efficiently with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with end-users.Self-motivated and capable of organizing and prioritizing tasks independently.Willingness to handle computer and network administration tasks, such as infrastructure oversight and asset management.On-demand software installation & ITMSOffice printers knowledge in management and support,Office 365 Client troubleshooting, Office 365 Admin console management, File server access management, Office IT equiment management, IT asset management, Active directory managementCustomisation of PCs specific to the department (folder access and installation of special software)Android / iOs base troubleshooting NICE TO HAVE 3-5 years in managing computers, printers, hardware, networks, and software experienceLotus notes (config, DB and support) experienceMatrix 42 experienceITIL certification Cisco Jabber (management, number assignment, support) experience Offer What can we offer you?
