Responsibilities:
Coordinate activities related to the IT Risk Culture, by participating and supporting the monthly forum with IT Risk Ambassadors.
Promote the Risk Ambassadors network and the risk ambassador role by working closely with various stakeholders to design the IT risk training.
Develop the scripts and ensure they are fit for purpose.
Collaborate with third party to ensure the e-learning is developed to the organisation’s standards.
Monitor the progress of the training and report the results to management and create different type of material to promote risk culture in IT division.
Work closely with Risk Management to integrate the new or enhanced components of ERM (Enterprise Risk Framework).
Taking initiatives to document and communicate intensively to further increase risk and control awareness, knowledge, and expertise.
Skill Sets required:
Excellent written, presenting, and verbal skills in English.
French is an advantage.
Experience in engaging workforce through a number of channels and means.
Experience in delivering metrics, reporting and programme updates.
Someone with a good understanding of (and interest in) risk management and IT services.
Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and/or Audit methodology Experience as change leader, project management is a plus.
