The HumanResourcesLead,EMEA, will provide support and guidance to both the leadership and employees in order to transform the people function into a more modern, people-focused, and digital HR organisation.
One of the key focus areas of this role is HR leadership for regional M&A and post-merger integration.
The Individual Ideal candidates must have a minimum of ten years of experience in a senior business partnering role.
They should possess a strong grasp of the fundamentals of HR, as well as operational and strategic HR skills.
Additionally, they should have experience leading HR in a sales organisation.
Having experience in partnering with stakeholders in the US will also be considered as an advantage.
