Required Skills and Competencies:
Master's degree in finance, economics or related field; Minimum of 10 years' experience in the asset management industry, with experience in portfoliomanagement; Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and coach a team of professionals and young talents; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively; Proven experience in developing and implementing successful investment strategies; Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the portfoliomanagement industry; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
