Description You will be responsible for managing a team of fund analysts divided by asset class.
At the same time, you will also be responsible for fundselection within the Fixed Income asset class, applying strict environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria and monitoring the funds on the selected list.
Management of a team of fund analysts.
Conduct independent research and due diligence on Fixed Income funds.
Select the best funds to translate asset class visions with the aim of outperforming the benchmark and peer funds in different market environments.
Monitor selected investments by maintaining up-to-date reports.
Take into account the Bank's sustainable profile when selecting new funds and monitoring existing funds.
You will integrate ESG aspects into your fund research and ensure proper monitoring.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the fundselection process and monitor market trends.
Develop your knowledge of illiquid investment strategy selection.
Profile You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree.
You have at least 5 years' relevant experience in investment management, fundselection or due diligence.
Knowledge of the selection process for illiquid investment strategies is an asset.
You have experience in team management and leadership skills.
You have excellent communication skills in FR/NL and English.
