This position is integral to the success of our global human resources practice and will support the business, by enabling data-driven decision-making, maintaining data integrity, and by facilitating human resources processes in a robust and future-proof information systems environment.

You partner up with various internal and external counterparts to optimize and expand our HRIS and people analytics functionality.Your role and responsibilities :

Manage a team of HRIS professionals to ensure the administration, configuration, continuous improvement, and troubleshooting of the global HRIS solution, integrations and related analytics.Work closely with team and HR business partners to identify any new requirements (functionality and data/reporting), assess impacts, and define the HRIS roadmap.Manage projects to ensure the continuous enhancement and increase in efficiency of HRIS solutions and analytics products and processes.

Serve as the primary HRIS platforms owner, lead vendor discussions with Application Management Services and new HR functionality vendors or implementation partners.Lead and provide analytical insights into HR metrics and trends to support data-driven decision-making while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.Ensure, in collaboration with IT security and compliance, HR data compliance with global data protection regulations and internal policies.About you :

5 years of proven experience in HR Data management and Workday administration and implementation, preferably in multinational environments.Familiar with handling various types of HRIS, e.g.

employee records, payroll processing, talent management, comp & ben administration, time and attendance, self-service portals, analytics & reporting, integration capabilities etc.Demonstrated people management skills and ability to manage remote workers;Solid understanding of data privacy and security regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract and visualize (e.g.

PowerBi) meaningful insights from HR data.Excellent communication (EN, FR) and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various internal and external counterparts.Detail-oriented and committed to data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive data.Project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.English proficiency & French is a plus.Leading and supervisingAnalysingPlanning and OrganizingAdapting and responding to changeCreating and innovatingWhy join Lhoist?
