This is what you will do:
You delight our customers by delivering a smooth website experience, measured by conversion rate.
You define the website goals and translate this into a well-prioritized roadmap that combines strategic projects with high-velocity funnel optimization.
You build your own cross-functional team of A-players in engineering and UX.
You’ll be a strong voice of the customer:
Based on quantitative and qualitative insights that you generate, you solve their most important problems.
You collaborate with the sales, operations and marketing teams in order to work on strategic topics like inventory, segmentation and content.
Your responsibilities Product Management Experience :
You have 3+ years of experience as a top performing product manager for a leading digital company (scale-up).
Specific experience in CVR optimization is a big plus.
Ownership :
You are results driven and you take responsibility for achieving them.
You enjoy the freedom of defining the “how to get there”.
Strategic and structured:
You have the ability to uncover customer insights from quantitative and qualitative sources and you can methodologically prioritize this into a tech roadmap.
Team leadership:
You thrive in developing talented team members and helping them continuously improve and meet ambitious goals.
Growth Mindset:
You understand what it takes to grow significantly.
You understand the impact of your actions in the bigger company picture.
Customer focus:
You care about the customer and prioritize based on their needs.
Fluent in English .
Dutch and/or French would be a plus.
