Partner with the Head of Corporate Social Impact to define and lead the Euroclear-wide D&I implementation plan.
Lead the D&I team, with a track record of leading high performing teams.
Contribute to building leadership learning to equip leaders to lead more inclusively every day.
Regularly report on progress, group-wide and by business area.
Build solid relationships across the business to facilitate an effective integrated approach to the strategy implementation.
Partner with business and functional leaders to build leadership capabilities and embed inclusion best practice in everything that Euroclear do.
Manage the D&I team budget and report on progress.
Define and lead an integrated comms plan.
Define key external strategic partnerships and engagement plan.
Reset and provide ongoing consultancy support to the Euroclear employee networks.
Be the lead D&I contact for Euroclear social partners.
Consistently drive a Euroclear-wide approach, aligning to the ‘One Euroclear’ principle.
Skillsets:
Proven track record of project managing and implementing change within a large matrix environment.
Experience of leading areas of work from defining scope to completion.
Proven track record of leading global teams and working within a wider People function to deliver high impact quality outcomes.
Experience in designing and leading strategies by working in partnership with leaders and key partners at all levels, internal and external.
Deep D&I subject matter expertise with a key focus on creating inclusion change.
Experience of producing reports, briefing papers, comms, including documents for senior leadership teams.
Experience of setting up and implementing internal processes and procedures; as well as influencing behavioural change within a matrix structure.
