Your profileMaster's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proven progressive experience in globaltotalrewards management, preferably in a multinational organization.Comprehensive knowledge of international compensation structures, benefits programs, and incentive schemes across different geographies.Proven ability to develop and implement effective totalrewards strategies that support organizational objectives and foster a positive employee experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends to make informed decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications for data management and analysis.
