Depending on the topic, you partner up with internal and/or external partners, coach the PB Leiner HR Community or build it yourself.Act as a change agent (explain, enthuse, coach) and lead the implementation of the new HRIS (Cornerstone).
You will mature the performance & talent review cycles and take a hands-on role to operationalize the LMS tool.Enjoy managing & tracking global projects on leadership development, engagement, consultative selling or cultural transformation, to name a few.Take the succession planning and talent pipelining to the next level.
Are a passionate coach and support to the local HR community and leaders.Like to take on the occasional recruitment process for critical positions.
You will also help mature the Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition Strategies.Stay updated on the new trends and technologies in talent management, and make proposals to implement, when relevant.Be an energetic & trusted advisor and establish strong connections throughout the organization.
Profile Minimum 8 years of experience with broader talent management processes and tools, in a role covering multiple geographies; proven ownership over larger talent management projects is mandatory.Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent through experience.
Coaching certificate is a plus.Experience with leadership development, change management, employee engagement programs, workshop design, from concept to implementation.
You also have excellent facilitation skills.As a conceptual thinker - creative, curious but pragmatic by nature - you are able to make sense of complex information and formulate a global and comprehensive Talent framework.As a trusted sparring partner you convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
