Manage projects related to rewards and mobility (planning, executing, monitoring, closing within defined timeline and budget).Conduct market research to understand C&B trends and make recommendations for changes or improvements.Provide expertise on job evaluation, grading and pay structure (incl.
base pay, variable pay, and LTI).Requirements?Master’s degree in economics, HR, Business Administration, or another relevant domain.A few first years’ relevant experience in compensation & benefits or/and mobility, preferably in an international setting.Knowledge of / interest for total globalrewards trends and practices, as well as international tax and immigration laws.Familiar with annual compensation review process (i.e.
