This role requires a high level of analytical and skills, strategic thinking and motivation to drive change.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of finance, business acumen and the ability to collaborate with senior management.
As a BusinessController at SoftwareOne, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial performance at a global level for sales and partnerships.
Your responsibilities will encompass business partnering, financial analysis and financial planning to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Business Partnering Serve as a trusted partner to the business leaders, offering financial insights to support growth and profitability Proactively identify situations that require financial analysis and provide recommendations Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive financial strategies and initiatives Financial Analysis and Reporting Evaluate and manage financial performance in the area of sales and partnerships with main focus on revenue analytics Identify and understand main revenue drivers and develop analytics to support informed decision making Conduct variance analysis to previous period and budget based on business expertise Close collaboration with finance teams in the regions, providing them with guidance on financial topics related sales and partnerships, and understanding regional dynamics to effectively assess financial performance at a global level Present financial results and recommendations to senior management Financial Planning Collaborate with business leaders and finance teams in the regions to create and manage financial plans, budgets and forecasts on a global level Provide budget guidance to the finance teams in the regions based on the Strategic Planning Process and share knowhow related to sales and partnerships Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement What we need to see from you Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business or related field At least 7 years of proven experience in a Business Controlling role, or equivalent, with strong background in financial analysis Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to overview the big picture Business acumen, interest for strategic topics and motivation to drive change Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex financial information clearly Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management Job Function FinanceWe are looking for a dynamic BusinessController.
