You make functional improvement proposals for existing applications and ensure that these applications better match the needs in the field.You analyse bugs and data quality problems in NMBS applications and make proposals to solve them.You help writing test scenarios.You take part in (regression) tests in the context of production settings.You help document processes/information flows and applications.For the projects you work on, you are the point of contact for the functionalanalysts, developers, solution architects, enterprise architects and the SNCB teams involved.You collaborate on building reports and dashboards for key users and management.You are familiar with and apply Agile methodology.
