Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Reservation Department to strategically plan the market mix, maximizing room occupancy while meticulously recording all relevant details.
Ensure that all Front Desk services are available and executed efficiently, consistently meeting our high standards.
Provide on-the-job training and supervision to frontoffice staff.
Set departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
Uphold the hotels commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
Address guest complaints promptly, efficiently, and courteously, ensuring guest satisfaction and retention.
Conduct employee performance appraisals, review and discuss staff personal development plans, and identify areas for improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Ensure all employees fully understand and adhere to the organizations policies and procedures.
Monitor and ensure punctuality, grooming standards, and uniform adherence of all employees.
Be a role model for professionalism.
Profil Previous experience in a managerial position within the FrontOffice Department.
Proficient in computer skills, including familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
Excellent communication skills in English and French. Dutch or any other European language is a plus Exceptional customer care and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure.
Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance in line with the companys standards.
