After discussing your evaluation with colleague assessors, you are also responsible for writing your final conclusions and recommendations in an assessment report on each individual candidate.
Profile You hold a Masters degree, and an interest in HR and psychology.You are fluent in English speaking and writing (min C1 level).
Having a good knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.You have 10 years of experience in evaluating the management potential of individuals.You have a methodological background in different selection techniques, preferably in the assessment center technique or extensive experience in management & leadership development.You are available to do assignments in Brussels at least one day per week.You are client oriented, quality driven and like to work in a challenging and fast-pacedYou have a strong can do mentality and you passionately want to make a difference for your customers.
