ensure that the engineering activities related to flowassurance matters are performed in compliance with applicable laws and regulations (PNGS calling Australian/New Zealand standards apply), contextualized GS, with required level of quality, high HSE Standards, with respect of the Project highly sensitive environment, and within the agreed time schedule and cost.
assist in formalizing, getting validation and approval of the proposed derogations on contextualized GS-EP-ECP as necessary.
avoid Contractors stand-by/delays by prompt response to engineering queries and unexpected technical issues, by a proactive and pro-efficient approach.
Support as requested when liaising with Head office to get the necessary expertise of the flowassurance specialists (in particular from the R&D on CO2 re-injection FlowAssurance); Provide flowassurance support to evaluate the pipeline contractor and their flowassurance studies.

Perform flowassurance studies and Olga simulations to support the process design, inter FlowAssurancees and field operations.
Engineering follow-up:
To control the Contractors’ performance in FlowAssurance discipline and in his perimeter:
timely delivery and review of Contractor’s engineering documents, studies and queries through an efficient technical coordination scheme with the Contractors.
Engineering compliance:
To ensure compliance of flowassurance engineering with the Project requirements, flowassurance basis of design and applicable standards.
Clarify the flowassurance scope of work and ensure it is completed as expected.
Update and freeze the technical interfaces flowassurance data between Pipeline Contractor, Wellpad & CPF Engineer and partner for LNG facilities.
Comment all Pipeline Contractor documents with flowassurance interfaces.
Make sure the comments are understood and captured.
Lead the document review for flowassurance documents.
Participate to technical meetings/workshops where flowassurance is involved.
Meetings/workshops with other disciplines on CPY side or Pipeline CTR side, and with Partners.
Keep informed of his activity, progress, issues.
Answer to technical clarifications from Pipeline Contractor, Wellpad & CPF Engineer and partners on FlowAssurance topics.
Issue and Derogation/Deviation Requests on flowassurance when necessary and follow up the progress with HQ.
Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for flowassurance discipline.
Prepare PR documents and answer to findings for flowassurance discipline.
To ensure timely implementation of FLOWASSURANCE related audit findings.
Be the Focal point with Head Offices Onshore Customer line and FlowAssurance discipline for any technical expertise and support that may be required from Head Offices in flowassurance.
