Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruits, motivates, and follows up a team of FieldService technicians, on a day-to-day basis, to ensure quality of workflow and consistency of service.Leads the team towards excellent customer service through the follow-up of KPI’s, performance management and people management.Prepares and ensures team objectives are set, communicated, and evaluated.Acts as escalation point for urgent operational matters and customer complaints.Develops a continuous improvement environment in coordination with the Coaches and our Competence Center.Ensures processes within his/her workplace are properly implemented, if necessary, provides suggestions for improvement.Provides regular management reports regarding performance and successes of the team. Skills required and Qualifications:
Proven People Management Skills.Good mastering of Dutch and French, English is a plus.Customer - and result-oriented trough the follow-up on KPi’s.Project, product or process management experience is an asset.Experience in the world of security is considered as an asset. Personal Characteristics:
