Your contribution is appreciated, and you will, Plan and execute diverse internal and external events, ensuring audience engagement and brand visibility.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and track marketing events, aligning strategies with organizational objectives.Manage all aspects of event planning, from pre-planning to post-event evaluation, ensuring adherence to budget and time constraints.Collaborate with Marketing Channel Specialists to design consistent branding approaches and innovate event strategies.Conduct marketplace analyses to deliver unique and trend-setting events, maintaining professional flexibility to accommodate changing priorities.Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, staffing, and communication with attendees.Drive online platforms for virtual events, manage event communications, and conduct post-event data analysis to inform future strategies?To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related work experience.Experience in event planning, project management, and marketing coordination.Proficiency in traditional and digital marketing, with a focus on delivering best-in-class outcomes.Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet tight deadlines.Confidence to work autonomously at times and make judgement based decisions.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Nordic language is beneficial).Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Willingness to travel within the Nordic, Benelux, and UK regions (35% - 40% travel).
