You will work on the entire implementation process end-to-end:
from translating the client’s business processes into technical solutions, to configuring the client’s brand new HR solution and integrating external data sources.
Think:
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) based on Carerix, Bullhorn or Salesforce as well as candidate portals, recruiter dashboards, career sites and mid-offices.
You can convert functional questions of the customers into clear technical requirements and are able to determine whether this should be implemented through configuration or with the help of a developer colleague.
As an implementationconsultant, you serve as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project lifecycle and will follow-up the client for continuous improvement after go-live.
Thanks to your technical knowledge and expertise, you are a sparring partner for colleagues and customers.
In complex customer issues, you critically evaluate the technical possibilities and propose solutions.
You usually work on several projects simultaneously, and these projects can all be at different stages.
Lots of variety, both in types of clients and projects.
You work together with a great team of developers, project manager, business consultant and customer success.
By working closely together and interacting with the various stakeholders and customers, you maintain an overview and ensure that everything goes according to plan.
You help with the implementation of the software and resolve incidents and problems.
Requirements You have at least 5 years experience within IT-consultancy You have experience with software implementation, data migrations and API-integrations.
You are fluent in Dutch and English You have a Bachelor or Master degree You have excellent communication & presentation skills You have strong analytical and consultancy skills You have a can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have a strong interest in the technology sector and the drive to develop yourself further.
You are flexible and willing to travel to customers in Belgium and the Netherlands.
