Monitor and action outstanding T1, Import or Export documentsMajor Duties:
- Receipt and register of customs letters - Monthly customs file audits - Monitor daily exit confirmations for airfreight - Monitor compliance mailbox - Monitor and action outstanding T1 documents - Monitor and action outstanding export documents - Assist in documents hand-over at BRU customs - Monitor customs entrepot / temporary storage report - Support on customers reports (weekly / monthly) - Follow-up on customs legislation new requirement - Monitor Data Management / Denied Party Screening - Checking event codes in Expeditors Transportation System - Report weekly to Product Manager Profiel Experience and Education:
- 3 years of Experience / awareness of PLDA / NCTS input - Operations/Industry 6 months experience in Ocean/Air Import/Export - Effective interpersonal/social skills - Previous experience with MS Office Products / Internet - Attention to Detail - Sense of urgency - Knowledge of languages (English / Dutch / French) - Strong in administrative tasks - Work under stress / eager to learn Aanbod Reporting Structure:
