ISS operate a hybrid working schedule.The role covers the following key activities:
Client Advisory, Support and Client Satisfaction Monitoring Act as clients’ first day-to-day contact person, delivering a superior service experience so as to achieve high retention and renewal rates.Support clients in building their ESG strategies by providing advice and guidanceProfessional presentations of our ESG solutions on different business levels.Develop and maintain strong relationships by pro-active outreach with the clients’ key decision-makers.
Provide clients with valuable insights on market trends and best practices.Provide internal management teams with intelligence on client needs to help inform future product development.Maintain and administrate client information and support operational tasks.Sales Collaboration and Lead GenerationWork with sales account executives to help the regional team as ESG subject matter specialist to meet or exceed ESG sales and renewal rate goals.Contribute to regional team’s New Sales goals by identifying potential leads within the existing client baseQualifications:
ISS ESG is seeking a financial services industry professional with strong skills for a relationship managing role.
The ideal candidate will be a genuine team player who is a quick learner, enjoys taking on new challenges and responsibilities, and thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment.
