Assist internal customers with inquiries and issues related to the ERP system.
Support the business process consultancy team in implementing the ERP system at new companies, including data preparations.
Write and document procedures and work processes, ensuring their quality and correct application.
Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Report to the Business Process Consultancy Coordinator.
Your Qualities:
Fluent Dutch Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive approach.
Knowledge of an ERP system (Navision, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of French is a plus.
