This includes assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and addressing issues or concernssafety compliance and risk management:
ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
This involves conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, implementing safety procedures and training staffquality control:
maintain the quality of electrical work by conducting daily inspections.
Ensure installations and repairs meet industry standards and client specifications and troubleshoot any issues that occurmaintenance and repair:
oversee routine and preventive maintenance tasks and electrical system and equipment repairs.
Identify and resolve problems quickly to minimize downtime, and disruptiondocumentation and record keeping:
they maintain accurate records of all electrical work, including blueprints, schematics, maintenance logs and inspection reports.
This documentation is helpful for future reference, troubleshooting and compliancecommunication and collaboration:
you maintain open lines of communication with team members, clients and management to ensure that projects run smoothly, and meet expectations.
