Être l’interlocuteur du Fleet Controller pour garantir le respect du retour en centre de maintenance des rames « en opération » S’assurer de la compatibilité de la rame et de ses éventuelles restrictions avec la mission qui lui est affectée Coordonner les actions des techniciens en gare sur les rames « en opération » Coordonner au sein de l’OCC les actions de sauvegarde du plan de production afin de mettre en pratique la stratégie imaginée par l’Operational Manager (niveau 2) ou la salle de crise (niveau 3) Déployer la stratégie de sauvegarde d’activité transmise par l’Operational Manager à l’ensemble de l’OCC, en identifiant le périmètre d’action de chacun. Proposer à l’Operational Manager différentes options de sauvegarde de l’activité, en perturbation de niveau 2 et 3, et anticiper leur conséquence. Alerter l’Operational Manager de toute contrainte ou événement qui éloignerait la stratégie de sa mise en œuvre. Ready to come on board? What are your duties as a DutyShiftLeader? Supervise from the OCC the quality of production of the Eurostar offer in nominal and disrupted level 1 situations, in order to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction.
Continuously ensuring that resources (trains, staff, train paths, terminal operations) are available in time to carry out the tasks set out in the transport plan Devising and managing, in collaboration with the other members of the OCC, the most effective back-up actions to remedy the unavailability of a resource.
If necessary, activate stand-by arrangements Transmitting useful information to the Info&Care Supervisor when, despite backup actions and stand-by activation, the production plan cannot be met (level 1 disruption).
Arbitrate between the various measures taken by OCC members affecting production if these are contradictory.
Ensuring traceability of the actions taken by the OCC in order to support the continuous improvement process implemented by the Performance & Compliance team. Assigning trainsets in operation to the day's missions, in order to cover the transport plan that may be modified by actual traffic.
Liaise with the Fleet Controller to ensure that in operation trainsets are returned to the maintenance centre.
Ensuring that the trainset and any restrictions it may have are compatible with the mission assigned to it.
Coordinate the actions of the station technicians on the trainsets in operation.
Within the OCC, coordinate actions to safeguard the production plan in order to implement the strategy devised by the Operational Manager (level 2) or the crisis room (level 3) Deploy the business continuity strategy communicated by the Operational Manager to the entire OCC, identifying the scope of action for each person.
Propose to the Operational Manager different options for safeguarding the business during level 2 and 3 disruptions, and anticipate their consequences.
Alerting the Operational Manager to any constraint or event that might prevent the strategy from being implemented.

Klaar om aan boord te komen? Wat zijn je taken als DutyShiftLeader? Vanuit het OCC toezicht houden op de kwaliteit van de productie van het Eurostar-aanbod in nominale en verstoorde level 1-situaties, om een hoge klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
Er voortdurend voor zorgen dat de middelen (treinen, personeel, treinpaden, terminaloperaties) op tijd beschikbaar zijn om de taken uit te voeren die zijn vastgelegd in het vervoersplan.
In samenwerking met de andere leden van het OCC de meest doeltreffende back-upacties bedenken en beheren om de onbeschikbaarheid van een middel te verhelpen.
Indien nodig, stand-byregelingen in werking stellen Doorgeven van nuttige informatie aan de Info&Care Supervisor wanneer, ondanks back-up acties en stand-by activering, het productieplan niet kan worden gehaald (niveau 1 verstoring).
Arbitreren tussen de verschillende maatregelen van de OCC-leden die de productie beïnvloeden indien deze tegenstrijdig zijn.
Zorgen voor traceerbaarheid van de door het OCC genomen acties ter ondersteuning van het continue verbeteringsproces dat wordt uitgevoerd door het Performance & Compliance team. Treinstellen die in bedrijf zijn toewijzen aan de dagopdrachten om het vervoersplan te dekken dat door het werkelijke verkeer kan worden gewijzigd.
Contact onderhouden met de Vlootcontroleur om ervoor te zorgen dat in gebruik zijnde treinstellen teruggebracht worden naar het onderhoudscentrum.
Ervoor zorgen dat het treinstel en eventuele beperkingen compatibel zijn met de missie die eraan is toegewezen.
Coördineren van de acties van de stationstechnici op de in bedrijf treinstellen.
Binnen het OCC coördineren van acties om het productieplan te waarborgen teneinde de strategie van de Operationeel Leider (niveau 2) of de crisiscel (niveau 3) uit te voeren.
De bedrijfscontinuïteitsstrategie die door de Operationeel Leider is gecommuniceerd toepassen op het hele OCC, waarbij de actieradius voor elke persoon wordt vastgesteld. Voorstellen aan de Operationeel Leider van verschillende opties om het bedrijf veilig te stellen tijdens niveau 2 en 3 verstoringen, en anticiperen op de gevolgen daarvan. De Operationeel Manager waarschuwen voor elke beperking of gebeurtenis die de uitvoering van de strategie zou kunnen verhinderen. Deelnemen aan de terugkoppeling van gebeurtenissen op niveau 2 en 3.
