Key Responsibilities:

Answer Inquiries:

Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Resolve Issues:

Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Update Information:

Keep customer records and databases up-to-date with accurate and relevant information.

Update Documentation:

Maintain documentation and knowledge base materials to support customer service operations.

Ensure Satisfaction:

Strive to meet or exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.

Offer Guidance:

Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding travel bookings, reservations, and related inquiries.

Analyse Issues:

Analyse customer issues and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Assess Reports:

Review and assess customer service reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Implement Fixes:

Work with internal teams to implement solutions and improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch B2 proficiency in English Why Join Us:
