Ensure Satisfaction:

Offer Guidance:
Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding travel bookings, reservations, and related inquiries.
Analyse Issues:
Analyse customer issues and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Assess Reports:
Review and assess customer service reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement Fixes:
Work with internal teams to implement solutions and improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
