Role Overview:
As a DutchCustomerAdvisor, you'll provide excellent service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and handle cases and errands from our main queue, chat, and mail:
You'll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer inquiries and requests received through various channels, including our main queue, chat platform, and email system.
Handling questions from customers:
You'll provide accurate and timely responses to customer questions, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved to their satisfaction.
Handling complaints:
In the event of customer complaints, you'll listen attentively to their concerns, empathize with their situation, and work towards finding a suitable resolution, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor throughout the interaction.
Qualifications:
