During the operator training 'Cleanroom' in our company:
you will be introduced to all the necessary composite parts and components you will be introduced to the necessary tools and resources and learn how to use them you will learn the vacuum processes After training, you will be able to perform the following tasks:
prepare the moulds and supplies position the right components on moulds or patterns with precision apply vacuum films with precision and go through the vacuum process prepare the autoclave process performing intermediate checks monitoring order and cleanliness at all times registering and validating all process steps solving first-line problems and taking actions according to procedures You work alternately in the early and late shift Education TSO or BSO education Competencies - soft skills You like fine motor skills You work accurately and according to strict rules and procedure Focus on quality is a must You are stress resistant and keep an overview You are a team player, but can also work independently You respect safety regulations Other MS Office Dutch (very good) English (good) So, What’s in it for you?
