Create and execute a sales plan for the pre-opening and opening period.Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.Manage sales budget and set annual targets.Maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.Coordinate sales activities to develop and maintain new accounts.Collaborate with regional sales teams to maximize property visibility.Attend events and trade shows to maintain and develop key accounts.Provide reports and participate in regular departmental meetings.
Ideal profile 3 to 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role.In-depth understanding of the luxuryhotel sector.Knowledge of designated markets and existing customer relationships, including a Virtuoso and FHR/Forbes network.Strong sales and relationship-building skills.Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to customer requests.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Fluency in French and English, other European languages a plus.Willingness to travel as required.
