Then Henkel Consumer Brands is looking for you! YOUR ROLE Develop an accurate demand forecast by collaborating with cross-functional teams to review historical data, evaluate promotional activities, and understand market trends.
Work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to understand demand forecast drivers support launches, relaunches, and delistings.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and manage obsolete stock.
Keep daily contact with the international Supply Planning team regarding product availability, production priorities.
Continuously improve the forecast accuracy and bias by conducting root-cause analysis of forecast errors and by challenging the demand input provided by the Sales and Marketing teams.

YOUR SKILLS Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, Economics, or related.
Fluent in Dutch and in English.
Experience in Demand Planning especially in the FMCG industry is strongly preferred.
Team player, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills, and a collaborative attitude.
Analytical mindset and experience managing large data sets.
Advanced Excel skills – knowledge of SAP, APO and PowerBi is a plus.
