This team plays a critical role in the digital and data transformation of ZimmerBiomet, enhancing the way we do business internally, and with our customers.This team is currently looking for a DataAnalyticsLead, responsible to develop and manage data-driven business solutions for the EMEA commercial organization to increase commercial efficiency and effectiveness.How You'll Create ImpactCommercial Data ScienceLead a team of data scientists focused on top-and bottom-line growth, in line with EMEA business prioritiesBuild models for customer segmentation, customer targeting, opportunity pipeline prediction, lead scoring, business win-lose analysis, product portfolio planning, new product introduction performance and sales forecastingBuild models for ease of analyzing competitors' data, market and business segment opportunities.Build models for sales territory analysis to identify sales structure optimization opportunitiesBuild models for sales team master data and incentive payout data validation to ensure accuracyBuild models for to track business performance with maximum data and system automation.Build models for to track commercial contractual commitment versus actual performanceBusiness Intelligence & ReportingWorking with IT, develop and manage business intelligence solutions for the EMEA Commercial Data & Insights team.Define and align with the Business Units and Customer Excellence Function, on KPI's for to regularly track on progress and performanceCollaborate with other Data & Insights team members, Finance, and IT to identify data sources and to validate data qualityDevelop ad-hoc reports using Power BI and Salesforce.com to optimize business decision-making.
Create automated reporting slide decks for regular management reviewsOthersWork with Digital Transformation Lead & Product Owner within the Commercial Data & Insights team to develop data lake or the agility deployment of business applications and analytics solutionsYour BackgroundBSc or MSc holder in the field of business administrations, science, engineering, public health or a comparable education Min 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Sales Effectiveness or Consulting in healthcare, preferably Orthopedics, and min 2 years of experience leading data scientists or engineers.Ability to deliver within sub-optimal situations, being practical to work with what is given whilst long term solutions are being developedHigh interest and passion for data science and performance tracking/ consultingExperienced with SQL, and Python for data science and engineering tasks.Knowledge of digital systems such as PowerBI, SAP, Salesforce.com.Experience in leading data lake development, deployment, enhancement projects from start to finish.Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problemsAbility to work on strategic projects in a matrixed environmentExcellent interpersonal and communications skills required to work with a diverse group of peopleCreativity, critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving skillsHas an entrepreneur mind-set and can balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasksFluency in written and spoken English is requiredEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability ZimmerBiomet
