Work closely with customers, sales, technology, and customer service to ensure that our new customers have a seamless transition into PayzerwareAttend Kickoff meetings with new merchants / Payzerware Implementation Specialists to discuss data loading strategies, as requiredReceive and analyze data files (CSV, JSON, .BAK, etc) from customer data systemsPrepare/manipulate data files for upload into the database using our existing process (Excel and SQL based)Review results of data loads to ensure accuracy and completenessCommunicate directly with customers, as needed, to resolve any data issues / questionsSupport customer service teammates with Data Support Tasks for existing customersThe base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position.
