Your responsibilitiesCustomer Registration:
Assisting clients in setting up and activating their online and mobile bank accounts, guiding them through the registration process.Technical Support:
Providing assistance to customers encountering issues or difficulties with digital banking platforms, troubleshooting technical problems, and offering solutions.Product Development:
Collaborating with product development teams to provide feedback on existing digital banking platforms and insights for the development of new features or enhancements.Data Analysis:
Analyzing user data and customer feedback to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in digital banking services.Administrative Tasks:
