The CustomerQualityEngineer acts as a Single Point of Contact towards customer and represents the customer within ASCO organization for all quality aspectsAccountabilities1.
Quality Authority that acts as Single Point of Contact towards customer and represents the customer within ASCO organization for all quality aspects.Negotiate quality performance indicators (project & program) with customer, report quality performance to customer and ensure actions are taken within the responsible departments in case targets have not been achieved.Review and validate quality deliverables from other quality departments which need to be provided to the customer.Coordinate preparation and accommodate customer audits within its scope.
Ensure adequate root cause analysis and effective corrective action implementation to ensure timely closure of identified non-conformities.Contribute to 3rd party audits when expertise is required.Evaluate quality risks and coordinates mitigation actions, judge if escalation towards Quality Director is required.Responsible for effectively managing major quality issues.

)For build to spec (BTS) Project, make Quality Assurance Validation and Sign-Off in order to ensure the inspect ability of the design solution in coordination with QME and SQA3.
Ensure continued compliance for current programs by analyzing impact of changing customerquality requirements and identifying necessary actions.Define impact of the changes on the products and processesEnsure and monitor that quality instructions, qualification file, test programs, personnel certifications are kept up to date as per new customer requirements4.
Subject Matter Expert for industry and customer requirements.Guide/support/develop the decentralized quality teams within the organization on quality topics.Has decision making authority on quality subjects.Initiate “Manage Quality” process improvements within the organization based on customer (informal) expectation.

Industrial or Civil Engineer (Or equivalent by experience)Languages:
English, Dutch and/or FrenchSkills / Experience:
