o To host the internal Configuration Change Control Boards meeting and identify the key actions.
o Identify and track the actions to be accomplished thru the whole change process (during the initiation, the evaluation, the instruction, and implementation phases) o To prepare together with the Design Office the Customer Change Documents and explain them to the OEM.
Define and negotiate the scope and point of embodiment of changes in accordance with the customer and production requirements.
o Prepare and update the internal configuration methodologies required for the configuration and change management activities, considering the internal and customer requirements in terms of configuration and change management.
o To define and maintain the configured product structure in the PLM and ERP.
Profile:
bachelor or master in mechanical/aeronautical engineering Required Experience:
· Experience:
Min 2 years in configuration & change management, methods, planification or project management.
· Tools:
o You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
o Experience with Teamcenter and/or SAP is an asset.
· Languages:
o English & French, both written and spoken are essential.
· Others:
o Good communication skills are required (Hosting internal meetings and participating to meetings with the customers.
