Today, as an expansion to our legal team, we are actively looking for an in-house lawyer.In this role, you'll be part of our team of in-house lawyers (the Office of the General Counsel), which operate as a business partner to our Business. Your impactAs an in-house lawyer , you’ll make an impact by:
Acting as a trusted legal advisor for PwC’s Business and internal stakeholders Advising on a wide variety of legal matters Negotiating and reviewing contracts between PwC, its clients and suppliersProviding pragmatic legal advice in various areas to a range of internal clients of our Office of the General Counsel (e.g.
Procurement, HR)Drafting and updating contract templates Following up on developments in laws, regulations, case law and academic writings, especially in the field of business and commercial law, company law, contract law and professional regulations and deontology Monitoring changes in the legal landscape which may have an impact on the firm Delivering training to the Business in order to mitigate risks Advising on dispute resolution and providing dispute management servicesAbout youA master's degree in Belgian LawA clear preference for a generalist position as a companylawyer, with at least 7 years of relevant work experienceExperience in a law firm is a prerequisite Good organisational qualities, including working with IT tools An eye for detail and thoroughness in your work A consciousness of confidentiality and professional secrecy considerationsAn open, objective, practical and accommodating approach in dealing with various counterparts (partners, attorneys, clients, employees)A sense of responsibility:
